Sewage back up in finished basement in Lancaster home

A sewage backup in this customer's Lancaster home caused severe damage to their recreational room. Recreational room consisted of drywall, carpet, and furniture. All of which were heavily damage due to sewage back up. SERVPRO technicians were called onsite immediately and began the water mitigation procedures. Due to the severity of the damage, carpet and drywall had to be removed in order to start the dry out process. Once dry out was complete, SERVPRO cleaned and sanitized all the affected areas in order for the contractors to come in and replace the damaged drywall as well as the flooring so that the customer could put everything back to pre mitigation status
