While taking a test sample someone removed a large chunk of carpet that then needed to be restored. SERVPRO of East Erie was called out and were immediately able to go take a look and make it "Like it never even happened." If you ever need to take a test sample of carpet-or test out a cleaning product on your carpet-the best way is to take a small sample from somewhere less noticeable. That is also a good rule to follow when taking samples or testing cleaning products on any textile.
