Sump pump not keeping up due to the storm in East Erie County home

This customer had black water coming out of the sump pump due to a storm in their area. The customer called their insurance company to find out what the process was for them to get the mess in their finished basement cleaned up. They were given the number to SERVPRO to get them to arrive onsite. The SERVPRO team arrived onsite with in a matter of time and started on the clean up immediately. The water affected this laundry room in the customer's home which had vinyl flooring and drywall walls. SERVPRO removed the flooring and the affected drywal, sprayed the floor and studs, set up equipment and within a few days the customer was able to contact someone to replace all the removed material
