During out halloween storm this customer experienced a sump pump failure due to a lot of rain
SERVPRO was called to assess the water damage due to Halloween storm. Once onsite SERVPRO technicians determined that the water damaged the floor and that the flooring should be removed. SERPVRO technicians removed all the damaged materials including the pergo flooring and cleaned and sanitized for the customer to have new flooring installed. Customer was extremely happy with the work that SERVPRO provided and will call in the future if there is any other need for restoration or mitigation needs.
