In the winter there are more chances for a company or a residential home to experience a pipe break due to the pipe freezing and the weather gets warm fast and therefore breaks the pipe and water will fill areas of the home or building. Could be an inch or could be several inches. SERVPRO extracted the water in all the rooms affected quickly and set up their drying equipment and got the customer set on their way for the dry out process. Monitoring all materials after set up and the days to follow to make sure all the materials dry out properly.

In the winter a lot of companies or residential home owners have a chance for a pipe freeze which can eventually break. This company had a pipe freeze in January and this affected a lot of areas of the building. SERVPRO was called and headed out to the loss site to get the work started in all areas. The pipe break caused ceiling tiles to fall and expand with water. SERVPRO removed the affected areas of the ceiling and the walls. They set up EQ to assist the dry out process.
